Our priority is to give you a friendly and respectful treatment of human dignity, seeking the satisfaction of our users and the fulfillment of the mission and institutional objectives according to the particular case of each individual.

Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. m. until 6:00 p.m. m.

Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. until 12:30 p.m.

The guarantee of an excellent quality service is our greatest responsibility and a right of our users. As well as, it is the duty of the patients to make an adequate use of the services and comply with the documentation requirements and defined schedules for their care. Continuous improvement is teamwork that commits not only the Clinic, but also our users and their families.

When requesting the specialized medical consultation service, please always keep in mind:

  • To request appointments you can contact 520 01 40 extensions: 1003-1018, having the identity document at hand and specify the reason for the appointment and diagnosis if known.

  • Always remember to present the patient's identity document in order to verify their rights.

  • If you cannot attend the scheduled appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so that other users can make use of it.

  • Arrive at your appointment 15 to 20 minutes in advance and bring your test results if they have been previously requested; In this way, the administrative process required for the provision of the service can be carried out.

  • It is only planned to handle flexibility with the late arrival of the user to the consultation of a maximum of five minutes. There are special cases, including users from remote rural areas with geographic access difficulties.

  • Go to the billing area and hand in the authorization issued by the insurance company and the patient's identity document, then pay the moderating fees, copayments or franchises that may apply and go to the indicated office to receive care.

  • Minor patients, people with disabilities and the elderly must always go with a responsible adult who can receive the instructions and recommendations derived from care.

  • Be clear about the reason for your medical appointment, listen carefully, request clear information from the doctor and comply with his recommendations and instructions.

  • The entry of minors is not allowed.

  • You must go with the mask.

  • For the health of our patients, we request that you attend the appointment with as few companions as possible.

When requesting your appointment for the first time at the Clinic, take into account the following documents: 

1. Identity document: citizenship or immigration card for people over 18 years of age. 

3. Original authorization order for the appointment with the specialist. 

4. Moderator fee or copayment in applicable cases. 

5. Results of previously performed tests and additional medical information about the patient such as: 

• Summary of clinical history from other institutions. 

• Results of clinical laboratory tests.

• Results and diagnostic images: ultrasound, mammography, resonance, computerized axial tomography - CT, endoscopy, etc. 

• Results of pathology studies.
