Post-surgical care

Wash your hands frequently, use soap and rub for at least 20 seconds, clean your nails and then rinse with water.

during your off-duty recovery period maintain relative rest avoiding exertion such as lifting weights or climbing stairs. Sports activities can be resumed from 3 to 6 weeks with authorization from tor surgeon.

Take the medsents ordered by the doctor at the corresponding times and do not self-medicate.

Do not expose yourself to direct sunlight.

Do not apply creams, powders, ointments or other products to the wound.

Start walking early in the company of a person who can bear tu weight, canyes wander every two hours and avoid lying down, it is preferable to sit down.

Do not uncover the wound or scratch the surrounding area.

Watch for signs of infection and if any appear consult your doctor:
.- Heat around the wound.
- Redness.
- The area around the wound becomes hard.
- Fever.
- The healing gauze is impregnated with purulent material (matter) or abundant blood.

you can't consumepsychoactive substances such as alcohol, tobacco or others.
